i do have another question. My brother is hoping to get PR in a couple of yrs and he seems to think once he gets this i'll be able to go over as i'm immediate Family can anyone help with this

Hi, I did not find Perth one bit boring, While i was there i did the freemantle prison tour, Swan Valley Cavesham Wildlife Park, Hillarys Boat harbour and Cottlecoe. I Would love to be able to come over on a WHV but think its a bit late now as I've just turned 30 and saving money to come over could take some time to save. I'm hoping to come back in jan 2015 all being well and hopefully visit some friends in Brisbane aswell as perth as they move over this august. I just wish i was skilled to come over on a more perm basis.

So my trip finally came and i came back to the uk on tues and i'm already missing peth i was there for just under 3wks to see my brother and it was the best time ever the weather was great for this time of year and seen everything i wanted to see. Also was good to see my brother being so happy over there and i'm not going to lie i wish i was in his shoes i'm dreding doing back to work on monday :-(

so glad to here its still warm i'm due to come and see my brother on 2nd june and just been worrying what clothes to bring etc

Hi All, I'm due to visit my brother on the 2nd june and i was wondering what kind of weather i can expect? i was planning on bringing a few pairs of shorts and pants as from what i read it can feel like a british summer in the day but get cold in the eve, My brother tells me its still warm at the moment but he did not come over to oz until late july last yr.

i;ve done a 601(evisitor) and its been approved please tell me thats correct lol? i gen would love to do a yr in oz but just dont have the funds my brother was lucky enough to get sponsored by his company to work over there

hi thanks that's whats thrown me i come to do it today and relized the site i was on was not the gov one very convincing and it got me all in a panick thinking i'm gonna be turned away at the airport and i really dont want that as cant wait for this hol and to see my brother just not looking forward to the turning 30 bit while i'm in oz lol

Hi Everyone, I'm due to flight out to oz (perth) on 2nd June 2013 for 18 days to visit my brother and from what i can see i should be applying for an evistor?? but one website is trying to charge me £20 but when i go on the OZ goverment website it says no charge can anyone shed any light??

Hi my brother is currently in perth on a 457 visa and i have noticed you can have family members on the visa was just wondering if its possible for me to go over on his visa as were family

so it looks like i will be only visiting oz for a hols next year hoping to be over in june do have hols booked and money put to one side for the flight. but was just wondering roughly how much spending money i will need i am planning on being there for 2 and half weeks will not need to worry about accomadation as brother has a spare room so will just need money for day to day oh and i will be visiting perth as this is where my brother lives. will be great to here your advice thanks

hi thanks for all the info not applied for it yet i was thinking they would ask for a arrival date into oz. I just think its one good present to myself if i come over for my 30th and then i know i will get money also of my family :-)

Hi Everyone, You were all very helpful last time so here goes again :-) My brother who is currently in perth has now been given his 457 visa for a further 4yrs so I'm now thinking of delaying my visit from jan till possibly june nexy year only so i can get more savings behind me. But my question is that i turn 30 on 4th june and was wondering would it still be possible to say have my whv start in may then fly out to oz in june after my birthday even though i will be 30 would i still be able to apply for this visa. I only really want to save more so i can poss have a min of a months hols in oz before i would want to start work

just another question how much is the whv and how much notice do you need to sort for example if i come in jan when would be best time to apply
