MA is saying that C is goin to talk to head of the department and will ask for a clarification on this Friday....apart from that I have got 2 new job interviews and possibly a work trial next week in western Australia whose nomination is already been approved before ....There is always a way out ...its just that U SUD NEVER STOP TRYING :) ....

  2. I haven't talked to my MA yet..but it appears that they are are saying we don' t need a cook in the business :(

    Our RSMS visa timeline lodged in July 2012, Case Officer Appointed November 2012 Visa granted on 11th December 2012. This was through the Perth Centre of Excellence who manage the RSMS stuff over West. If you send a blank e-mail to the address on your receipt, it will give you a rough guide as to the processing times for the visa. Goopd luck.

    Thats right, but from when we signed contracts with agents it was 2 years ago, but we had tried 176 route, but that didnt work, but yes lodged 119 7th May.

  6. hey neet007 even with my case, immi have had asked my employer the same question and they have already forwarded the answers ....the jazzi's case made me socked ....fingers crossed everything's gonna be ok..

    hey guys what are the chances of refusal from DIAC (melbourne). as i have told ya my boss go the case officer and they asked him to write a statement on why they need a paid emplyee. he have submitted his letter now its been 16 days we haven' heard from CO. as time line is 28 days. just nervous. and its already been 10 months i am woring with this company.
  7. HI jazz is Ur and mine case same ...??? cos my mA told me immi have asked xtra documents from my employer ....Do u think I get the nomination approved first and will have to wait for my visa separately

    Thnx RBP my MA said case officer is working on nomination afterwards he ll see my visa application, I applied together nomination and visa application, hope he ll finalise soon
