i suspect all our CO will conduct documents assessment and verification once they are allocated. after verification, they will contact applicants if further evidence documents are needed. That's why the first email CO sent to applicant is to ask for more evidence documents.. so.. behind the scene, they have actually conducted initial assessment before contacting applicant.

experiencing the same . i suspect this is due to system error. either they didnt receive or upload fail even status appear uploaded.

I answer from my experience.. 1. I have custody link under my partner checklist too. but it's not applicable to me so i ignore it.. I would suggest you to upload child birthcert. This is enough to prove father-mother-child relatioship 2. my partner filled up 1221 form and I uploaded it. Then CO didnt ask for it anymore. 3. Form 80? my CO didnt ask for it. You just need to complete form 80 when your CO ask for it, I suggest you upload all documents that you have. If insufficient, your CO will ask from you.

You just have to wait for your CO. S/he will change the status. sit back relax.

did you contact DIAC? i got my CO on monday.. she replied me on Tues to acknowledge receipt my files and also said our health are cleared. She is quite responsive. Now left PCC pending....

Little good news.. my CO replied my email and said our Health are fine ! She ends the email with this sentence 'I await your penals' what is this means?

Guys.. I've just received 1st email from my CO. Finally got my CO allocated today.

so unfortunate, no CO yet.. it has been 3 weeks... i saw in other forums.. quite a few who lodged in early Nov have got granted .. what happen to my application ?

i've done my medical on 8 nov. doc told me that they have submitted the e-report. but the status still "recommended". why? what goes wrong?

... way of checking might be different. especially when the docs are suspicious... i think reference letter from colleague is questionable.. more appropriate to get reference letter signed by HR Manager.
