NSW Regional sponsored 489 was closed on 3 Oct. anyone knows when will they open again? what is their trend? open once a month or what?

But is doesn't say what region to live in. unlike Sydney sponsored 489. they have regions stated.

oh it's Southern Inland of NSW. i am aware that it might be difficult. maybe i have to find somethings else first for 1 yr. I am looking at Bowral area. if required, i may need to travel sydney to work. my concern is the changing of policy due to the gov change.

I cleared my Work Accessment from ACS with ANZSCO 262113. My IELTS only got 6 so I am waiting for my work exp to clock 8 years (Apr 2014 onwards) to apply for PR. I am afraid that the policy change next July due to new GOV, that's why I ask my agent on the alternative. He advised to apply 489 with NSW Southern Inland. 489 gave me 10 pts and I can go ahead with the application rather than waiting until next apr. Is Albury within NSW Southern Inland territory?
