SS is nothing to deal with Invitation round of DIAC. As long as u get the nomination u ll receive the EOI invitation by next day... All the best

Just called WA, the lady officer told me the waiting would be bit longer for my application which has been lodged on 16th July. I think it's time to forget this for a period and concentrate on the routines...

Totally agreed with walkwater. Please never ever try to break DIAC rules. they can track in fractions and gun down. For sake of quoting 17000 in WA application, going to this decision is strongly not advisable.. WA is being so flexible at all the time.. Hope they wont take it as a reason of rejection...

To my knowledge, WA will not reject your application for quoting less fund.. Hopefully CO will contact you to confirm your access for the fund of min 20000 AUD.. I guess u no need to worry much.. May be u can call WA directly and inform the situation by quoting with your reference number..

How come SA SS rolling up very smoothly?. Look at the below link, Post July applications until 10th July were assessed and EOI invited for the visa.. mate, they said case officer will take his time.. No specific time at the moment.

Called WA today. Kind officer told me that my application has been assessed and no further document required at the stage. But cant advise anything about the outcome.. Hope we all hear once DIAC put the green light to the states. Those who were not contacted by WA for further info no need to worry. Ur application might be assessed without any additional requirements.

I guess none of the post july applicants got the nomination.

Generally, WA approves nearly about 4000 nominations every year including onshore & offshore. After July 2012, WA has received 1000+ applications sofar. At this flow, in 5 months time WA will reach the limit. Also, occupation ceiling is in place. Guess there will be less chance for the applications after December. Anyway, all d very best. Hope we'll hear soon.
