Hi There Hope someone can be of some assistance. Completing my own 457 visa application and it was going so well until I reached the question: Educational qualifications (does this refer to all courses completed, Senior Certificate and all other small courses) Trade or prof qualifcations (does this refer to husbands Certificate III in Engineering) Special skills (could I list everything he is capable of in his job) So worried I slot something in wrong :frown: Does anyone have any advice?

I burst into tears when I read this story. I am so very sorry for this families troubles and hardships they are now facing because of greedy people with no morals or ethics. Migration is stressful from the beginning till the end and for this to happen is just unacceptable. I really pray that who ever is responsible for this gets what they deserve. I am a full believer in Karma. I wish the family concerned the best of luck. I hope the light at the end of the tunnel comes soon. xxx

:wink: Hello Everyone We have been really fortunate to secure a company very keen on sponsoring us. They lodged an application with Immi yesterday to become an authorised business sponsor. Has anyone got any ideas it takes for this application to be completed? I have googled my fingers off, but cant get an estimate. One day, One week, One Month....no idea. The other thing is, I will be doing the application myself as getting an agent is just too expensive and trying to cut costs where we can. Is there anyone that has done a 457 visa themselves that I can get some advise from when the time arrives to submit. Thank you so much. A million things racing through my head.:wacko:

Hi There Just want to get an idea of the timeline for TRA points advice to come back. We submitted 31st July and received acknowledgement letter on the 5th August. Desperate on the outcome. Ive checked their site and it has no notices of backlogs. Has anyone submitted recently? How long did you wait? Thank you. Sitting on the edge of my chair every day waiting is driving me insane....:biglaugh:
