  1. some exciting news guys... DIAC have requested a form 80 and evidence of employment today. Have sent those document requested... Hopefully it won't be too long now...
  2. ring DIAC. I had the results with me and didn't know what to do and rang. They have my results online. DIAC has access to Medibanks database for visa applicants... I'm not sure if you are applying onshore or offshore, but if onshore and presuming your medical center processed the paperwork correctly, DIAC should be able to access your files over the net; hence you don't need to send that letter. However the lady on the phone advised me not to open the letter as in some cases they will want you to send that letter at a later date. Hope this info helped you. Ring DIAC for formal advice.
  3. just a quick update on the timeline guys... rang DIAC on Friday and got told that they have assess my medicals... hopefully not long now... I asked if I got assigned a CO which they replied no... any ideas on how much longer I need to wait? 857 onshore and I got the acknowledgement in mid June. Parramatta office...
  4. I'm in central Queensland. CCQI it's called I think. Yes took exactly one week to get certified. wishing my application is treated like a DRC even though I didn't use an agent; and it'll be one of those cases that only take two weeks...
  5. updates Visa Application Acknowledgement; 9th June 2012 Payment taken; 12th June 2012 fingers crossed guys, now the waiting game begins I think!!!
  6. I'm not using an agent but I do have all my documents ready. Does that make is decision ready? I'm not too sure; I think only migration agents can certify decision ready applications. As you can see on the time line. Less than a week from when I lodged it to taking payment out; quite surprised... Paramatta Office... Any idea how ling it takes from here?
  7. wow; things are getting processed quite fast; they've taken the fees for the application today... any comments? from Republic of Korea which is categorised as a low risk conutry so hopefully things will be done and dusted in 4-6 months?!?
  8. sorry more info on the application visa type; RSMS onshore 857 RCB application; 25th May 2012 RCB certified; 1st June 2012 Nomination sent; 4th June 2012 Visa Application sent; 5th June 2012 Nomination Acknowledgement letter; 8th June 2012 Medicals; 13th June 2012 (Tomorrow to front load)
  9. Just got a letter from DIAC saying the nomination is acknowledged. Does this mean that the visa application is being assessed? or is it only the nomination approval in progress?? Sent the visa application one day after the nomination was lodged...
