  1. We are having to break our lease having purchased a property literally 2 minutes down the road here in Montmorency. Although we are waiting on a completion date from our builder, we expect to be moving out in mid-January. The property is on Calrossie Avenue, 6 minutes walk from Montmorency Station (40 minutes into Flinders) and trendy Were Street with it's delis, restaurants and cafés. The house is set behind another property with it's own drive, so it's quiet and secure. There are pretty gardens to three sides with a large private deck off the lounge room with gorgeous views through trees to the Dandenong Ranges. The house has a large double aspect kitchen/dining/lounge room and the kitchen has stainless steel Smeg appliances. There are three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, the master has a walk-in robe with an ensuite. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower, a laundry and a double garage with internal access. There are beautiful polished wood floors in the main room and hallways and carpets in the bedrooms. The house has ducted heating and evaporative cooling and there is also a ducted vacuum.
