hi all, i currently run my own business and have done for over ten years, i have been looking into the possibility of setting up a business in australia, i.e. overseas business sponsor, thus then applying for myself under a 457. does anyone have any knowledge of doing this and what the process times etc are if at all possible. any help would be much appreciated. Hi All, firstly I have been trying to move my family to perth for a long time now, I was originally applying under 'office manager' this then got removed, I then found an occupation close to my skillset, under 'program/project administrator, this has now been removed!!! arrggghh. basically i'm a little stuck as to how to proceed, I have passed my IELTS and have a diploma in business management, so nearly there, just need to vetasses on an occupation that matches and EOI. I know it might be a long shot, but any help is much appreciated as always. Many thanks Paul

Hi Iron Chef, I have a question for you, if i have finance on the car, and i've owned it over 12 months and the car is in my name, if i settle the finance would i be allow to import it to australia? or do you have to have owned it outright for 12 months? Thanks in advance Paul
