Monday:application submitted for birth certificate and MRC (FROM FAISALABAD)

Tuesday: Got birth certificate waiting for MRC

Wednesday: Got my MRC , application submited for id card status changed and frc (FROM KARACHI)

Thursday: medical done (waiting for frc)

Friday: form 888, Fone bills, money transections, photos evidences colected (waiting for frc)

saturday: finally got frc mrc, birth certificate, eng translation of nikah nama, ATTESTED and rushed to ocs :=)

indeed uve been a veryyy busy girl

I got it in 3 days time had to bribe him to give in 3 days otherwise he said a week or so went with my dad and took the nikkah nama coz it has all the details on it.He didnt ask for ID's

Hi,I'm new to this forum. I submitted my application almost a month back to AHC Islamabad.Since I've read some threads and found that further documents are requested by AHC after few weeks/months of the application submission like FRC, MRC etc. I just want to be bit proactive tos documentation that might be asked by AHC sooner or later like FRC, MRC etc.Can anyone tell me what is MRC and how & where to get this document?

I see. I notice the responses are conflicting. So just a final confirmation, should my wife arrange for a FRC or not? And what type; with spouse or with parents/sibling?

 

And yes I am trying to get the MRC arranged hopefully.

well u should just get Post marriage FRC made..........when they see the appl they'll know u are'nt a pakistani citizen and wont ask for FRC with sponsor

So just to confirm simee, so is my wife suppose to get FRC with her parents and siblings and not me? Because somewhere in this forum I read that there two types of FRC, post and pre-marriage and that AHC needs the post-marriage, which is with the spouse.

Well when they requested me for further doc they didnt ask for FRc with sponsor just a simple Frc and they didnt raise any objection to the one i sent,the cnic i sent also does not have my hubby's name he dosent have pakistani nationality,infact the Mrc i sent also had my pakistan add listed as his address,

im sure if they had any objections they wud have said something before requesting for medical ?

I lodged my wife's visa application earlier this month and I happen to come across this forum while searching for information on the visa. I am finding this forum quite informative I must say. I hope someone can help with my inquiries.

 

My wife is Pakistani but I am Afghan, though I am an Australia citizen. Now since I am not Pakistani we can't get a post-marriage FRC on our name. Is that correct? If so, then how shall we arrange for one if the AHC asks for it. Or they wouldn't ask for it? I would appreciate anyone's assistance.

I was asked for Frc with my parents and siblings (not with sponsor ) ,im pakistani hubby is not...so im assuming ur wife will be asked for the same

I can wait; no rush as such; but I just wonder if medical panel asks for HAP ID as the first thing to start medical proceedings then how did most of the clients get their medicals done when they submitted medicals along with the application? I am sure one can't have a HAP ID without submitting an application to AHC.

 

Is this HAPID a new thing which wasn't there earlier and medical panel were conducting medicals without it?

Mukesam when a person's Pr is being finalized his/her dependants are requested to get medical done also from Iom,thts how some of the girls already have gotten med done and submitted with application

Mickey click on ur skype contact and on ur top left side of the pages you will see conversation click on tht,then click on veiw old msgs,tht in turn will give u different options,choose ur option and then start taking screenshot and print em..........thts wht i did.The date and call duration thts wht they want to see i guess

Can anyone let me know which forms should I fill in before appearing for medical? Where should I download these forms from? I know this link http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/health-requirements/arranging-health-exam.htm

but want to confirm first. Is it only Form 26 and Form 160? I want to submit my medical before AHC asks me to do that. I have a gut feeling that AHC is gonna ask for it in few days.

They give u a HAP ID only then i think ur allowed to have ur med......The phone lady asks for it before she gives u an appointment.

My wife called the AHC and they informed us that there is the same acknowledgement letter for 300 and/or 309 as these all are generated ones. She told us there was nothing to worry about. WHAT A RELIEF! She also told us we have been assigned the case officer. She stated " your file is registered and is with the CO to process" . Can anyone tell us how long would it take from there?

If i was you i would asked for a revised one clearly stating ur being considered for 309....u cant take their word for it on a telephone

gyes i wana ask sum thing, is form 888 mandatory for all of persons who did shadi in Pakistan, i have heard only those persons need form 888 who got married in Australia, did AHC ask for form 888 from an y member who got married in Pakistan?

Hubby called AHC today ,he was asked weird questions by the person attending the call and then told transferring call to CO and nothing after that.

@simee you should have Medical request by now.
