  1. hi all, Remember i posted that i called office to ask whether there is a case officer allocated last Monday? I called today again and they told me i got one.
  2. I just make a phone call to the immigration as already 7 weeks of lodgement. But they say, "if you still not receive any case officer, then you have continue to wait." I find that calling them is quite a waste of them if i have an issue. Waited on the call for almost 1 hour just to have someone pick up the phone
  3. hi, Lodge mine on 6th March for 190 NSW. Medical and PCC done locally in Sydney. Waiting for case officer to get a letter to do PCC in overseas. And also waiting from them whether i need to pay for secondary applicant for not taking IELTS. cheers! Winson

  5. hi Rupert, Well, just base on the internet, when someone applied for a skill nomination visa, bridging visa will be automatically kicks in. But i do not know where to find out whether it had already happens. My 457 visa have not expired yet. Winson

  7. hi all, I need an advise whether i can move to another job/company while i am on bridging visa A. Currently, i am working for a company that sponsor me (457 visa). I have submitted and pay for my visa application 190. Currently waiting for the case officer. Is it consider very high chance that my application visa 190 will approve as state sponsorship have been approved. Please advise. cheers! Winson

  9. Hi all, I have a question regards to the above subject. I got an invitation under state sponsorship. I have submitted and paid for the visa 190 application. My question, should i start doing the police clearance and medical check now or wait for a case officer. cheers! Winson Wong
  10. Thanks again. I will stay for 2 years then after i got my PR. Then go back to my hometown as my family is in Singapore. They are here in Sydney for 6 months but still they find that Singapore is more convenient and comfortable. And also my wife's company is rehiring her back. She try to look for job for 6 months.   11. Thanks for the reply. Is there a time limit after i moved back to my home town? Example, 10 years later, i wanted to move back to Australia. Another question would be, if i get my company to sponsor me, rather than state sponsorship, does my stay on the 457 visa counted? cheers! Winson
  12. hi all, Currently i am under 457 visa for almost 1 year. I am applying for state sponsorship 190. If i got my PR approved, i understand the requirement is to stay at the state for 2 years. My questions is; what if i move back to home country? Does my stay using the 457 visa counted? cheers! Winson
