    I worked at AEMO thats the Australian Energy Market Operator and may be a good place to start, nice offices at 530 Collins St. They manage the GAS and Electric networks, as they operate the SCADA networks the distributors own you could also try those guys. i went to APA's site in Dandenong once for an IT Security review of their SCADA infra, they have a sizeable site there, apa.com.au. I'd help more if I could bum I'm back in the UK now. Good luck.

    You really need to keep on top of the agents, as was mentioned in an earlier post if applying for a role call straight after, then follow up and try to get a rapport. Quite a lot of the agents are Brits so not too hard. As for not getting back to you - it is the norm I'm afraid.

    <p><p>Hi, of course! For Victoria anyway you don't need to have IELTS or for me ACS approval before you apply, you can tag it on afterwards. As it happens they didn't even wait for my IELTS they granted it with not long after my agent sent them the ACS approval. As it happens a colleague in my office is going for WA and using the same agent, he is having to wait for IELTS and the ACS before he applies, but WA are much quicker than Victoria.</p></p>
