Hello All, I just have a question regarding a 2nd invitation to apply for visa we received yesterday. We have already lodged our visa application on Dec 27 and received the acknowledgment email for the application and payment. However, when we logged in to skill select yesterday, we received a correspondence telling us that our invitation to apply is expiring soon. Has anyone experience the same thing? We have already lodged the application so I am confused why we received the letter yesterday.

Hello Everyone, I Would like to ask whether anyone can give me an advise regarding state sponsorship. My husband's TRA results came back successful, but his IELTS was sent back for a re-mark on speaking. His IELTS speaking is 6.5 and we need to get 7. Do you think we can apply for state sponsorship now while waiting for the remark? Do states have their own point system that requires 7 pts on all bands of IELTS to get points? We are looking at WA.

Hello, We are doing the applications on our own and still in the process of gathering the documentations. My husband is the main applicant and one of the companies he has worked with does not want to sign the statement of employment because they said they only provide the standard Certificate of Employment to their employees. There is another company wherein his former superior cannot be reached/found. What is your advice in the case of these two companies if we cannot obtain the signature of his former superiors?

Hello, I am new to this forum! Me and my hubby are starting to gather all his docs for TRA assessment. We are doing this on our own, without any help from an agent. Can anyone help me with a sample of a statement of employment? I am not too sure if what we have drafted is correct My husband will submit for Mechanical Engineering Technician - 312512 He also has listed some trainings in his resume but most are in-house machine trainings provided by the companies, there were no certificates provided. Do we need to provide a formal explanation for this? ( I hope someone can give us advise! thank you!!
