Hi all Can anyone clarify how the visa actually works! We have a permanent Residency Visa for Perth which expires in August 2017. We activated the visa back in March 2013. If we decide to go in June 2017, what happens when the visa expires in the August? Do we need to extend it? Also how long do you have to live in Oz to obtain permanent residency?

<p><p>Hi has anyone got any experience of Aveley or Beldon, we are hoping to move to Pert in Feb 2013 we have 3 kids, 7,6 and 1. Would like to know any info on schools in these areas, facilities etc.</p></p>
