  1. Hi Emma, I'm happy to give you a quote and discuss our services if you would like to email or message me. We manage a lot of skilled migration cases.
  2. Henry if you lodged and paid for the visa you should have received an automatically generated Acknowledgment letter from the Department of Immigration. it could take several weeks or a few months for the Department to pick up your case. They will ask you to complete medicals and submit police clearances at that time. Alternatively you could choose to do those things now. At time of invitation you do not upload any documents to the account; so you need to upload them now that you have submitted a visa.
  3. Hi Henry, if you do manage to lodge a 190 visa while you are onshore, then yes, you will be granted a BVA, then you can apply for a BVB to allow you to travel. You may be in or outside Australia at the time of 190 grant- it doesn't matter.
  4. Hi Nikhil, it's a little hard to answer this one without knowing about the kind of student visa you are applying for. EG if you are applying on the basis of studying a degree, you may not need to show finances anyway, as it may be "Streamlined Visa Processed". If you do need to show funds, how much you have to show and the rules around the funds vary according to your country and assessment level. In general terms student visas usually take a few weeks to months, depending on where you are.
