Cheers for the reply Nicf, I went onto the immi website to try and get an eta visa . In the drop box section for country of nationality it would only give me 7 options , maybe Ill keep trying.

Hi , I have worked for the company on a 457 for 18 months. I have a 3 year visa. The company has changed its abn number due to one director buying out another, nothing else has changed. Does anyone know what would be my options for permanent residency or the best way forward . I appreciate any advice thanks

Hi,it was only my opinion 90%, if you read post 122 there are stats of the (office of national statistics) As I said before it is only my opinion and could not be 100% accurate with my figures , but in my opinion there not far away. It's like me saying oz gets 80% sun shine per year,don't know if that's gospel but it's just my opinion.

It is the lowest immigration estimate since the year to June 2004 when 528,000 people migrated to the UK. Provisional data show that 353,000 emigrants left the UK in the year ending March 2012. This is higher than the 336,000 who emigrated in the year to March 2011. The increase in emigration is mostly due to more people leaving for a definite job. 127,000 left the UK for a definite job in the year ending March 2012, compared to 108,000 the previous year. There were significant decreases in the net flow of non-EU and British citizens in the year ending March 2012 from the previous year. There were net flows of 185,000 non-EU citizens and -77,000 British citizens, which are lower than the estimates of 215,000 and -50,000 the previous year. Hi , going on these figures up to March 2012 there was 536000 migrants to the uk, it was only my opinion when I said 90% with there hand out , which leaves 53,600 hard working folk..... I bet that's not far away. At the end of the day it was only my opinion.....
