Hi guys, can anyone help with this...

WA state sponsor, what docs did you send i know that you have to send CV, Skills assessment and IELTS. But what other docs did you send, its just that we are trying to get everything ready for when we get a reply from ANMAC and trying to beat the 1st of July mark... Like what did you send to show that you have worked at least 20 hours a week for the past 12 months, or have i read it wrong and you dont have to...

Also do you know if been qualified and worked full time (community nurse) for a year and a half is enough for a state sponsor for the 176 visa, becaouse i read a thread from 2010 that you had to be qualified for 7 years qualify...

Hi there guys, can they make it any harder for people...

Me and my partner are trying to escape HULL and trying to emigrate to WA and do all the paper work our self (trying to save around £2000 with agent fees) with confusion already...

Got a few quick questions.

The Uni transcript, we have got these from the Uni with ease But, can i send it with the rest of the paper work or does the uni have to send them direct...

Also, the IELTS test paper Can i send or again, do they have to send a copy direct...

Also i have been reading about people sending disclaimers what are they sending a disclaimer about, will i have to send one...

And what is this skills assessment...

Hi there every one...

This is my first post so hope im not one of them repeaters.

Me and my partner (Nurse) are trying to sort out the visas for emigrating to WA, and we are confused about AGOS-40 getting the supported documents signed by Justice of the Peace.

It say all supporting documents, does this include the CV, Transcript, Evidence of the continuous Professional practice, statements from previous and present employment and so on...

Also, do we have to wait for the the AGOS-40 visa to get the approval be for we can apply for the General skilled migration Visa (Form 1276)

Any help would be great...
