I can work what I want but my two eldest can only work restricted hours only allowed to ear $400 and be reliant on us still but yes we are settling and not so much a whingeing Pom lol

Well on 31st will have been here a year and wow it's flown been up and down but now think we've made the right move!!! Won't lie i still have my moments dream of bacon sarnies, a donned kebab and miss snow lol. Kids are happy although bored as can only work 20 hours a week until we get pr but love swimming n the ocean the outdoor life. School not sofud as at least year behind uk but doable. Hubbies job wud be ok if they cud do rostas my job the same to relaxed think I'm just there to have my shifts change constantly but everytime I get fed up I look at the amazing ocean and think I live here!!! my hometown in uk full of illegal immigrants jobs are scarce and weather abysmal so yes I've done the right thing!!!
