    No, but I knew these were captive rather than wild. It's odd that they aren't native here when there is a food source. Do you know why they never made it over here?

    Yanchep National Park, in woodland by lake. With 1 month's experience of Aussie wildlife I labelled it Skink. I now suspect it could be a bobtail, but will probably never know! It was fantastic to get such a close up view though.

    This was taken at Yanchep National Park. There are koalas in a not very enclosed enclosure. You can get really near to them on a raised walkway and get a good view. I don't know whether they are found wild in the park or even in this area.
