Hi
Many of the schools have strict catchment areas so you really do need to know where you will be living.
Just make a list of places you like the look of and arrange to visit them, when we moved to rouse hill, we couldn't get in to a couple because we were in the wrong catchment area ( other side of the road) and then I didn't fancy sending my daughter somewhere with huge numbers. We found 'Annangrove public school' took out of area students. When we went for a look round my daughter was immediately comfortable. It has less than 80 pupils in total and it has a great environment. The kindy room is great, it has everything and more than a lot of the private schools in the area that we have looked at.
There is lots of space outside, veggie patches, chickens , lots of interaction with the older children. Parental participation is encouraged Nd is a great way to meet people. So far we are very pleased with our choice.
Its only about a 15min drive from kellyville, so it may be an option.
