Hi guys,
Just wondering what to do about my petrol power tools. Has anyone shipped over petrol chainsaws, petrol strimmers or lawnmowers. Would anyone recommend shipping these types of tools. How clean is clean? Thanks for any answers
Shipped all of ours in the container, emptied out petrol, cleaned, all got here fine, no problems

Speak to Bob at pet air, he is the guru of pet shipping

Hey rob, i don't really have a problem with the work involved in getting a job, every time I apply for jobs through seek.com, I always attach cover letter, written specifically for the job i'm applying for and I do this every time, but after a week you get the same automated reply from the recruiter...
Right now i'm looking for the best way to apply for jobs. And I do agree there are lots of fake post. So far I have applied for like 10 jobs, that matched my resume like 95% but still the same automated reply and this makes you wonder what you are doing wrong.
Anyways, most of you guys seem to suggest I contact the companies directly and this is what I'm gonna do this week.
Thanks for the feedback to all!
what exactly is your field and what are you looking for ?
-
Seems like a lot of work?
well yes, unfortunately it is
sorry to be blunt but if you want a job you will have to put in the effort of finding the HR departments and talking to them etc
seek is fine but as you say they are not experts in your field
find companies you want to work for and get in touch, don't rely on seek etc. we have maybe 30-40 applications for any vacancy we put on seek so you would need Some good experience and qualifications to stand out.
we have employed several people who have put the time in to research us, tailor a cv and speak to HR

Look at the rating label stuck inside with the model number etc. it will say either R134a or R600(a) followed by an amount in grms which is the gas charge, both will be fine to ship. If it says R12 it will be an old wreck from a scrap heap somewhere and you won't be allowed to ship it
-
It will be R600 or R134a which will be fine, only issue would be if it was a real old R12 unit you had dug up from somewhere
-
Only been there to go to Lapa
mmmmmmm Lapa
dribble

Hi, my first time here so any advice would be great.|I'm a white goods engineer, have been for 25 years, kitchen appliances, laundry, refrigeration etc, I've found several good looking jobs advertised that ask for an electrical licence. The info I've found is mainly about an electricians licence, I'm not an electrician. Is there a different licence that covers white goods? or do I need to be looking at some kind of an electricians qualification before I can work in my trade? Has anyone out there moved over and been able to keep working in the white goods or refrigeration area without too many problems? Any pointers in the right direction would be good, thanks
