Just wondering if anyone could advise me if there is any tax implications in australia if i was to rent out a property in the uk
whilst living in australia. I have been advised i wouldnt pay tax in the uk as it is under a threshold and i will be deemed a non resident. Just wondered if i would have to pay tax in australia. I would rather sell my house but with the housing market and the bad exchange rate see this as my only option.
Any advice would be great.
