<p><p>Hoping to arrive in Tasmania next March. Looking to find a rental semi rural 50km out of Hobart. Looking at previous posts on PIO, there appear to be some places to be avoided. If anyone could tell me of their experiences or any advice, would be gratefully received. </p></p>

<p><p>OH is a citizen and I have perm residency, so not waiting for visas or anything. We have been away from Oz for nearly 7 yrs now, so expecting to see some differences! </p></p>
