hopefully someone within the forum can answer my question
Currently residing in Oz on an Employer sponsored 457 visa (since Aug 11) ..I originally emigrated with my wife and son ..we are eligible this year (Aug 2013) for PR via my employer with whom my contract states that they will sponsor me after two years
...here is the dilemna ...I have two sons one (15) who I brought to Australia under my 457 visa and my other son who was still in University and halfway through his studies and unable to emigrate at the time ..
he now finishes his studies/Masters in June and we would like him to come under my PR application in August as we are currently split as a family..he is currently 23 and turns 24 in July ...and we will be applying for PR in August
Has anyone any advice/experience to offer to us as to the visa requirements to enable him to join us ?
