Currently I have a super account that was provided by my employer but I'm not happy with it and I'm looking to open a new Super account and I need your advice.

Do DIAC have specific guidelines, I mean is PCC required only for the past 10 years, or for all places you have lived after 18 years of age.

you should ask for a copy from british council for which they are going to charge you, and from my experience you need to submit an Original Hard copy of your IELTS score for your skill assessment
