Congratzz faizan.. We havn't heard anything yet from AHC.. now am worried

Hopefully we will hear from them soon. He has not submitted form80 as his application was lodged in New Zealand and it was not a requirement there, his file is transferred to Pakistan for processing.

faizan, My husband has lodged his application in the same month as u in Oct, we havent heard anything from AHC yet.

Security checks are initiated when form80 is submitted, if medical is requested at the same time with form80 then medicals may get expired. Have someone got this situation?

After you got your passport renewed you have to fill Form 929 to inform AHC You can download the form from http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/929.pdf

Hello all I got Australian PR in March 2012. My husband has applied for 309 visa on 15 Oct 2012 in New Zealand, we got married in NZ. As he was not a PR holder of NZ his application was transferred to AHC Islamabad on 9th Nov according to Australian consulate general auckland. But we have not received any acknowledgment from AHC Islamabad yet. He was living in NZ for the last 11 year currently in Pakistan after 11 years. Plus we have got a daughter. She is australian citizen by birth.
