We live in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, 3 bed duplex open plan with a lovely draught through the balcony doors and floor boards from garage! Our gas was only $270 from July, for the quarter, we have gas fire and gas cooker and the fire was on quite a bit through the winter. Electric was just under $300 too and our house is lit up like the bridge at new year, I keep checking the switches actually go off as my wife and son can only switch them on!
