<p>Hi Bob - You have asked for some feedback on why we decided to go with another pet transport company. </p>

<p>I obtained about 5 quotes from several different companies and it really was a difficult choice between you guys and the company we are now going with. There were three reasons which swayed the balance. The company who we are dealing with are more local which means that we can drop Oakley off and meet the people prior to his trip, they came recommended by both my vet and a work colleague who has used them previously and there was approx £500 difference in price when everything was taken into consideration.</p>

<p>There was really nothing against you guys and you really were my second choice, however I think the personal recommendations were what tipped it in the other company's favour.</p>
