Hi Jyoti,
I am a CIMA qualified accountant and had my skills assessed by CPA. I sat the academic and got an overall of 7.5, this allowed me to get a positive skills assessment from CPA (CIMA and CPA have a agreement but i think i could have used the others). I have the understanding that you have to have 7 and above to receive a positive skills assessment.
It's not impossible to get a good make in your IELTS, unfortunately you just need to sit it again. I sat the exam twice, once for the skills assessment and again to get extra points for my visa application. I revised solid for three weeks before and received an overall of 9 in the academic. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't easy but i now have my visa and move to Melbourne in Jan. I subscribed to Scotts English and had a couple of lessons on-line with a tutor, it was really helpful to get my written questions marked.
Sorry this is probably the answer you don't want! I hated having to sit the exam again.
