<p>Please can you share your experience with me as I am also having an absolute nightmare with these people! ahhhhhhhh! At the end of my tether. Right from the start they sold us a pup. Saying that I had sufficient experience for 176 but when it came time to lodge I was one month short i.e 11 months instead of the 12 months required before the deadline date of end June-11. Points systen then changes not in our favor. Emmanuel, Shirley, Nick & Cornel all seem to close ranks. What happened with you?</p>
