Hi guys, hope your all well. We're in Perth at the mo. And just wondering if anyone had there mortgage with The Woolwich and rented their house out did they have any probes with this... Did the payments increase . Did they change the mortgage to a rental one ect ect.. Any advice / help would be great..

hi Ali, I,m kinda restricted as to what I can work... As hubby away early and home late most nights... Have a girl of 5 so I take and collect her from school.. I,ll be fine.. Just not used to sitting about thou I,ve made plenty of friends and hardly in.. Lol..

hiya, yes I,m hoping for a perm post or even 3-4days.. But like you say I,m just here.. Just not used to not working every day... I worked 30hrs in the uk so hoping something will come up.. X

Hi Fellow nurses, i,m a nurse from Ireland(UK Trained), and have been in perth now 11 weeks..Peel region Mandurah. And i have secured a job in the local hospital in HITH Team but just on a casual contract... I,ve also joined an agency but i,m not getting much work here ... Just wondering if anybody else has experienced the diffulty in getting work even though nursing is one of the skills Australia wants/ needs... Thank you..:biggrin:

Hi there, were currently coming over to Perth mid march, hubby,s in construction and I'm a registered nurse qualified from 1997.. Currently working in community in Northern Ireland. Ive got my letter from aphra stating that I can register before end April. Would there be district position in Perth. I've applied for positions I've seen on seek.com but some don't even acknowledge my email.. any advise would be great ohh and we have 176 visa.. Thankmyou Linda

Well hope everyone is great, since our visa grant we,ve been busy getting the house in order for a sale...It went up last fri so up just over a week now... Lets hope it sells or we will be renting (which i hope will work out..).. I,ve been reading a few forums and it says that rental in Perth is difficult to get...So many people there at the mo so lets hope it all works out for us all... Hows everyone else getting on? x

Hi Iron chief. could you advse on bringing my Ford Ranger Thunder...2004... 115k miles 4x4 dual cab ..aircon...rear cover.. Same as ford courier over there.... Price here£4000 price there $14000 just wanted to take it as ive owned it over 3yrs and been really reliable!! I,ve no intentions off selling it and will be driving into the ground! Hi guys, just checked our visa appl and it now states met against all our docs/ medicals ect... What does this mean? Does that mean the visa is getting closer?/ does it have to say finalised and then its granted? thanx in advance for all replies..x

Guys have asked this on f/b on a few sites but cant find my post... When going for my medicals in dublin next week do i need to print out forms? Do i need to activate anything before we go so the clinic can upload the results and sent to immi?? Any advice would be great or anyody who has done it recently in ireland can maybe help? Linda
