Hi guys,

 

just to let you know that we still haven't heard from a CO and we're 21/06/11 applicants.. Update says that everyone who applied till 08/09/11 have been contacted by a CO.. I guess everyone except us.. :arghh:

 

I emailed our agent to see should we contact DIAC or raise a PLE. Waiting for his reply.

 

ABPF but not a single word from a CO yet.. Is there anyone else in the same situation?

Yeh us! i notice mattster155 has recieved an email now. As far as im aware, our agent still has not recieved an email - and we deffo havent. I am going to email our agent later on today with some questions - i will report back if there is any news. We MUST have a CO now though bloomberg - its official...........

just to add< we have not submitted meds or pccs yet though bloomberg.

hey guys, just one quick question if someone has time to reply..

 

I'm a June (21st),2011 applicant, all documents were submitted (PCCs & Medicals), ABPF since February 29th,2012, still not a single word from a CO and tomorrow will bring a new update.. so, my question is - do you think will I be contacted by CO soon?! If the update moves for just one day it would still mean that I was contacted by CO - but till now, I wasn't, nor our agent.. If no one contacts us till tomorrow late morning, should we contact DIAC?

 

I'm not sure if this makes any scence, but I couldn't find here (PIO) if someone was in the similar situation as we are.. Thank you!! :wubclub:

 

yes us and mattster155 are in a similar situation! we have both been ABPF for a while - i think they are working on us from " behind the scenes" so to speak - they will contact us when they need more info! According to what others have suggested to me on here (hi rocking adi!) its down to the CO and how they operate whether they mark "required" items as "met" and as and when they contact you if they need more info!

Oh man that's a long time to wait. Did u upload any documents to prompt the change in status? I hadn't uploaded anything new since I applied in July '11. I just wish they would hurry up, particularly as we're seeing Aug and Sept applicants get COs....

. We are using an agent, as far as I know all evidence apart from meds and pccs (which we still need to do) were uploaded back in june by the agent when we applied. When we spoke to our agent he said that it was an indication that we are about to get a case officer. However everything is still showing as required. I am as frustrated as you - you would think they would concentrate on one month at a time! Lol! Our time will come mattster155 and we will be all the more pleased because we have been so patient! Lmao!!!!!!

Same here, our status changed on 24/02/12 to ABPF. We havent received any email and as far as we are aware neither has our agent (he said he would inform us). As I mentioned on here a couple of days ago, there has been some 'behind the scenes' stuff happening or at least someone has taken the time to look at our application - my employer had a call from someone at DIAC verifying my duties etc..... so its not much but at least its something......?

My employer got a call this morning from DIAC. Apparently, they just wanted employment details confirming. No further update on the online application status though.........

Thank you obelixous. I have all the information they could need I just wish they would hurry up and ask for it. No communication at all since 21st feb and I am seeing applicants receiving e-mails the next day after status has changed

 

we spoke with our agent yesterday and he said he hadnt received any emails from the DIAC as yet..................... we are in the same boat mummy mann.

Hi everyone. I've been quiet for a while. I'm one of the extreme cases here! My status moved to ABPF on 2 september 2011.

The last time my CO asked for additional information was on 4 november 2011. After many phone calls to DIAC and emailing my CO directly, I still don't know anything. I've been waiting for 16 months in total and I have been having a CO for 6 months now.

Btw. I'm from The Netherlands (Holland), a low risk country.

 

I hope everyone on this forum will get processed quickly. If you feel you have been waiting a long time...DON'T WORRY...compare your case with mine and laugh about it :biglaugh:

 

Oh no! thats not good! you must be going crazy having heard nothing yet?

Its been 3 weeks since getting my co and 'Im feeling the same here can't stand the waiting , I sit up to check diac online before I go to bed then get up early

to check it in the morning again... .. it has taken over my life ... PLEASE HURRY UP :confused:

17-02-2012 - Sent PCC & Medical

 

 

23-02-2012 - I sent email to CO , asking if she require any other document

 

 

24-02-2012 - Got Visa Grant Notification. (Exact 8 Months for Visa + 3 months ACS)

 

 

 

 

Initial entry not after 14-02-2013 it's my My PCC Date.

Applied for USA H1B in 2008 Got apprval letter - But due to recession my US company didn't called me.

 

 

Applied Canada PR in March-2010 , Rules changed ,it will take now 9 years for me. God knows
