HI we have just validated our visa on a three week trip to Ox had a great time. Just need confirmation that now we have validated we have 5 years to move but must be living at least 2 out of this, so if we move in 2013 this will be fine, stressing out as don't want to lose visa.:eek:

Hi Guys I applied for my visa in May 2009 & took 2 years as I didn't want to be state sponsored, I'm now in OZ visiting family & validated visa's at same time, hope it answers your question.

Hi guys we got our visa in March and are going out in August to validate and stay with family for three weeks, won't be moving until 2013 as we are renting our house out and not selling and need to save money this is ok isn't it ?as you need to move within 5 years but the sooner the better?? just checking as get scared visa will get taken away :wacko:

The stress is getting to me now, i have done ok for the last two years , but we are soooo nearly there i hope ,have CO had police checks and medicals are all sent just nail biting now seem to be more stressed everyday and checking our application all the time:twitcy: 175 L/R May '09 app Case officer 03/03/11 meds and police checks done now stressfully waiting.............

Many congratulations Eric 402 thats brilliant news. we are May '09 175 , meds were sent to OZ on Friday so waiting and hoping for the same news hopefully in the next month if all ok its sooooooo exciting, many congrats again its been a long slog but must be a great feeling when you can be purple !!

Thank you so much all of you such quick responses really appreciate it. also with the medicals which we have booked on 15th march do the medical centre send the results to immigration or do we have to ? pretty sure they send it
