<p><p>Hi mlsdq, if your fiance has got PR and you will not proceed to 887 visa, then you may not need to worry about your commitment to SA as long as you “notify” both states that you move from/to. Actually once you arrived, DIAC will not locate where you are, however, when you apply for the spouse visa you will need to prove that you two have lived together for more than 12 months and due to the 475 visa's condition it could be a problem if you have lived in Gold Coast.
