<p>Tricks are going great Pabs, loving it back in Australia and can't believe I left it so long to come home. Hope all is going well with you and that there will be some movement in the housing market for you soon. When you finally make it over to Aus, I might even have to head over to SA for a drink or two. :-)</p>
