    It took them two weeks but i finally got my passport back today with grant letter.. Shukar Alhamdulillah.. :)

    And i hope everyone of you get your visa just keep on praying and it will be there in no time and you'll be like where are all those months gone but its gonna be worth it in the end.

    Good luck guys and those who have just applied have some patient which is quite easy to say at this point.:P

    can AHC Refuse the partner visa with any reason?

    yes they can ....but dont worry i saw AHC islambad working so well last 6 month this is good news for Pakistani people AHC hold partnet section recently january 2012. advise for all proper working of all docs and evidence IA .. hope all get visa very soon

You and your partner must be living together or, if not, any separation must be only temporary. You must also have a genuine and continuing relationship with your partner.

    [h=1]Evidence of a Genuine and Continuing Relationship[/h]You and your partner must each provide a statement or statutory declaration regarding the history of your relationship, including:

     

     

    • how, when and where you first met

    • how your relationship developed

    • when you decided to marry or to start a de facto relationship

    • your domestic arrangements (how you support each other financially, physically and emotionally and when this level of commitment began)

    • any periods of separation (when and why the separation occurred, for how long and how you maintained your relationship during the period of separation)

    • your future plans.

     

    The statements written by you and your partner can be on ordinary writing paper or a statutory declaration form. Each statement or statutory declaration must be signed and dated by the person who wrote it.

    can anyone please confirm how long ppc is valid for when it expires? 6months 12months when

    ur info would be a great help

    12 month PCC and Medical expiry date but in 12 month if visa grant then depend on visa decision officer he/she maybe give Medical extend... you are lucky brother your case in AHC Islamabad 2009 and 2010 bangkok refused 90% visa's :(

    Hi all im on the way to 309 n its been long time now as i have read all threads i have a question if anyone please help me with it

    im male and question is my case was gone to bangkok and case officer told me tht frm 20 dec 2011 ur case will take 12 months until we give u visa but on 28 aug 2012 i was told tht im ur new case officer miss KA n ur case is now in here Isb so can u please tell me if she will stick with 20 dec 2011 when my case start process or the count down will start frm zero since my case is transfered to Isb. My case details r

    medi IOM done 15 dec 2011

    further docs asked 19 dec

    case transfer frm bbk to isb 20 july 2012

    Hello Everyone. I hope you all are doing great. I have good news for you all. My VISA is here and stamped!!! :) My timline: 3April 2012 till today 31Oct 2012. So thankful to Allah!!! I hope you all get it soon as well! Just keep in touch with them after first five months, thats what my husband did throughout and always be polite to them when u talk to them! Thank God this test is over! One of the most stressful 7months of my life! Such a big relief! :) Yaaaaaay! hurrahhh!!

    Got Medical Req Today.. ALHAMDULILLAH!!

     

    Other Documents Requests :  Certified copy of your Marriage Certificate, Nikkah Nama Urdu and English and Marriage Registration Certificate issued by Union Council.

     Affidavit/Statutory declaration written by at least 2 persons from family members in Pakistan in order to witness and support your relationship. Persons who provide these statements should state reason of how they believe in your relationship, how they are related to the applicant/sponsor and they should attach their photocopy of NIC or Passport. These statements should be attested by an oath commissioner.  Family registration form with SP

     

     

    Anyone Can Tell Me What are these Documents Up there.. Coz i got married in Australia and Certified Marriage Certificate was attached when case was lodged. And i provided them 2 Statutory Decelerations of Australian Citizens already.. Why AHC asking me all this.. ??

    this instructions for all applicant brother..u can send all documents true like paki or aussie all proof if u send already Statutory declaration then u can send old copy if u have save..this info all about related for form 80 ..they will ask u step by step many time :D so dont wory and keep provide them ...TC
