<p>I am trying to find out about University in Victoria for my daughter who wishes to study Law and History.</p>

<p>We will be permanent independent visa holders and I would like to know how long she would have to study?</p>

<p>Would she have to do a 3 or 4 year degree and what would she have to do after this to qualify as a SOLICITOR?</p>

<p>Also does anyone know if meals are provided in the price of the University accommodation - she would be looking at Melbourne I expect.</p>

<p>Keep looking at different areas but each time I like the look of somewhere my daughter doesn't like the look of the local school, gonna be fun! I think we will stay for a few weeks or so with family in Drysdale so we can have chance to look around but we will have to book her in to a school in advance before they get all booked up for year 11 so it is such a juggle. Grrrrrr!!!</p>
