I considered the WHV and it would be the quickest route to get out here. It wouldn't matter that your gf doesn't match the skills list as she could simply be added to your application when you apply for the permanent or temporary residency visa. You could both come out on WHV. I added my gf to my PR visa without to much trouble you just have to prove the relationship, ie living together, shared finances that sort of thing.
