Thats a nightmare! I am waiting on my results and WAS pretty confident until I read this! Did you do any practise exam and pre study? I did quite a bit; lots of practise exams for reading and listening (got good scores). For writing and speaking I just read a lot of the study material. OMG I'm really nervous now!!!! PS I am a UK citizen and English is my first and only language.

Think I am going to do the same thing, sick of waiting in the Cat5 queue of death! Steph01 did you have to do a skills assessment again?
