how long is it taking for partner visa once application as been submitted thanks

no my daughter also as PR and married a English man here in uk

we living in uk but have PR for oz my daughter as just got married and expecting a baby we plan to move back to oz next year is she better waiting until baby born to apply for partner visa or just apply now ?

are they easily obtained or do you have to go through health checks and police checks again

I was granted my 121 visa in 2010 and lived in oz for 18 month but im in the uk at the moment but my visa label says not to arrive after june 2015 please can anyone tell me what happens if I want to return after this date thanks

hi my daughter got PR on my visa as a dependant child and she is due to marry in july this year, we live in UK at moment but plan going back to oz at the end of the year with her new husband my question is will he have to pay for his partner visa as my daughter was a dependant child on my visa ? thanks

hi on my visa label it as the granted date plus multiple travel then says not to arrive after june 2015 does this mean my visa runs out then ? I moved back to the UK 3 years ago but plan to move back to Oz at the end of the year juliep

hi my daughters partner want to come over to oz with us [we have PR] but he as a criminal record handling stolen goods from about 3 years ago plus a driving offence will this stop him getting a visa ? cheers juliep
