<p>I'm afraid I don't know very much at all about the Migration Tribunal. The only people who will be able to advise you on that are the highly experienced RMAs like Alan Collett of Go Matilda or George Lombard who both come very highly recommended on PIO. Another one who seems to know his stuff (and is very helpful on PIO) is the chap who posts as ABA (Raul T Senise) though I've never seen him recommended by anyone. The very crusty (dreadful 'bedside manner') wrussell is also very experienced and knowledgeable and I'd say he's probably quite a good RMA.</p>

<p>Even if you can't stay this time, your Australian experience and a good reference from that employer may assist with finding another sponsor.</p>
