<p>Go into Woolworths or Safeway and buy 2 300ml cartons of Gippsland Double Cream. Get a baking tray with a lip and spread one carton on to it evenly, bake it in a warm oven at 75- 80 degrees celsius for 75 minutes. You will see a clot form. Cool in fridge overnight,Next day just break the crust and let the whey drain. Now take the other carton and scoop some into a dish, alternate with some crust, very gently stir all the rest of the crust in and you have as good as Roddas. I learnt this from Roddas, I used to import Roddas into Oz but it wasn,t a goer.</p>
