<p>Hiya Dawn, Am good thanks, hope all is well your side. We are off to Oz first week of June so have a fair bit to get done before then. We are going to leave the house empty if we haven't found a tenant and my mum will look after it but fingers crossed that wont happen and we will get one before we leave. Hope them rats not giving you too much hassle. How r things going with your visa there seems to have been so many changes hope this hasn't caused u any problems. Have a wonderful Easter.
