    <p>i saw one of your posts and you are in Werribee. We are in willaimstown at the mo renting but looking for places to buy and looking at Werribee. How do you find the place? It wouldn't take any longer to get to work in the CBD than from Willy and the houses on the internet look quite nice but any info you may have - good points as well as bad ones would be helpful</p>

    <p>Long time no post!!! How are your plans with going to the Uk going? I sent a message on another thing but for the bank account there is no minimum amount but you will need 6 months bank statements from your Australian bank account. If they insist on an account wiht no monthly account fees. My partners cousin was shafted with a 12 quid a month account </p>

    <p>Take or send over as much as you can. I found HSBC pretty good. if you can get a reference from your landlord and boss to take with you will help a lot and get their email details so if the reference needs to be confirmed it can all be done by email . Manchester has an excellent bear scene. i've not been there but it is very good and "Up North" is cheap compared to the south where i'm from. however, be prepared for crap fruit and veg. My OH bitched like hell about the food in the Uk and now I've been in oz a while i have to agree with him but you will find Northerners very friendly even if they do speak funny. </p>

    <p>Hi mr, Let us know if you want any tips about going back to the UK. I spoke to my dad the other day and says that things are pretty bad and friends have said the same as well - millions unemployed and no jobs. Early next year will be freezing too so if you can leave it until May the weather willbe better - get an Aussie tan and impress everyone there hahaha. There are so many places to go in Europe but Barcelona is lovely and lots of bears too hee hee.</p>

    <p>OOOh Mr Kernow you have saved my life. I've been gagging for clotted cream since I got here (me being a Plymouth boy but don't hold that against me). I'll give iyour recipe a go. I made some pasties a couple of weeks ago and they came out better than I expected. Proper job!!!</p>
