<p>Hi, how long did it take to get your visa once all your documents were complete including medicals and police checks? I am asking because my cousin has been assigned a CO and he was asked to submit form 80. All his other documents have been submitted including medicals and police certificates. So now we are very anxious because all his documents are in order and his application is decision ready. He is exempt from work experience as he is a recent graduate from an Australian university. So, that means there won't be any lenghty checks on his employment history. Does this mean the rest of his checks will not take long since it is very standard documents that the CO has to check... police certificates, academic transcripts, skill assessment ... etc. Are we wrong in thinking this? Does the CO have to contact the police departments in different countries that my cousin has resided in as well to check the validity of the police clearances issued? This sort of check will delay the process.</p>
