<p>My husband is a diesel mechanic. We went through an agent for our TRA. Warren had to send verified copies of all his certificates, schools and colleges attended with length of time there, also proof of having worked in his trade for either 2 or 3 years (can't remember which) out of the last 5. Up to date pay slips and P60's for previous couple of years. Hope this is of some help. If I think of anything else will let you know.</p>

<p>Sorry I haven't been in touch for a while. Was really fed up with the news of the changes to CSL. Didn't have the heart to come on to the site properly. We have changed our visa to a 176 now so hopefully things will start to move. Have you had any news on your application yet?</p>

<p>Great to hear from you. We are also undecided as to where to go. Thinking of Mount Barker in the Adelaide Hills, but won't really know until we get there. I have relatives in Mount Barker way down south. May have to go to them for a while if they will have us. </p>

<p>Great to hear from you. Like yourself we are undecided. Mount Barker in the Adelaide Hills seems to suit our ideas, but until we get there won't really know. Also I have relatives in Mount Gambier right down the bottom so we might go there for a while. </p>

<p>We also have friends who went to Perth. They are doing really well there, but I just don't know if it is for us. Isn't it strange how you make a decision on a place that you have never set foot in. Like yourselves we live in the country (and like it) and don't want to move to a city environment. Mount Barker just outside Adelaide calls to us. We like the idea of the mediteranian climate, also no crocodiles, and a few less things to kill you.</p>

<p>Over here is really beautiful, but it is just soooo cold. Had the kids at Portstewart yesterday flying kites. Great fun but had to put on so many layers of clothes to keep warm. Never mind, some day we will all be complaining of the heat.</p>

<p>We are also using an agent but she is based in Oz. Met her at a seminar in Dublin. She too was very helpful with the paperwork. Just wish she could be as helpful rounding up a case officer. If ever we get to Oz we are hoping to go Adelaide direction. We reckon this sounds the best option for us. I was in Sydney years ago, before the kids. It was good but not for a family. Warren has never been.</p>

<p>Do you have any friends or family over there? I have a few cousins dotted about. I am hoping if we meet up they will give us some help.</p>

<p>Lovely to hear from you. We live just ouside of Ballymena so not too far away. Warren is a mechanic and we lodged our 175 visa last February. Feels like a lifetime ago. Hoping to go to South Australia, mind you with houses not selling and the recession it may not be as easy as all that. But, we live in hope. </p>
