TeacherOZIRE
Hello, I have read through the forums and I am still unsure about QTS (secondary school teacher) being recognised in Australia. I am looking into applying for visa 189/190. I completed a 4 year BA honours degree in the UK and was awarded QTS at the end of the course. I have completed more than the 45 days supervised teaching prac and I seem to match every other requirement set out by AITSL. Do AITSL recognise QTS if it has been completed in conjunction with a 4 year degree? I'm not sure if it matters, but I was teaching in Australia a couple of years ago and achieved the proficient teacher accreditation set out by BOSTES. Thank you in advance for your help.
