Captain Roberto Posted September 9, 2014 Share Posted September 9, 2014 (edited) Has anyone had trouble today (or any other day) logging into skillselect website? https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/login ? We have been invited to apply, and it logs in to the EIO page fine - then when we try to 'apply visa' it then asks us to log in again, and says " Login failed: Invalid username or password.Please check the username and password you have entered.Note: Passwords are case sensitive. Check that your cAPS LoCk is off." This username and password is correct. After a few attempts, I have since changed the password, but it's still not working. It's quite frustrating and a bit stessful, as our 60 days are ticking away... Is this a known issue? Has anyone else seen this? Is it possible that the EOI username / password and Immi Account username / password are two different systems and you need to create an Immi account profile? One is for your EOI and the other for the visa application. (Something like that). I remember I had to register again. One you've sorted the skillselect one you register the other. That's what confused me. If it isn't this situation please feel free to ignore this!
