lebourvellec Posted August 24, 2012 Share Posted August 24, 2012 Yes but as long as he does not have the No Further Stay condition on his Tourist visa. He would get a bridging visa, but current time scales of LRR to be processed is 15 years. And the bridging visa that he would get would have the same work rights as visa he was on previously.
