Thank you. But the Co misunderstood my work duty then refused me base on that, I feel wronged. What can I do? apply for another nomination and explain my duty well?

Hi Guys, just got my nomination refusal letter, it states the Co doesn't think need me in his company (my occupation is network administrator). The Co think my occupation is just maintain hardwares, install computers and monitor network things. But my work there is far more beyond that. I am mainly develop IT strategies to expand my employers business. I think I should go tribunal but my MA told me if the Co wants to refuse me base on my student visa rejection history, he will come up another reason to refuse me again. What do you guys think? should I go MRT or apply another nomination?

Thank you naviozz, I won't leave the forum and I will certainly get the refusal reason and post it here. If turns out the agent try to fool me and cover their mistake, I will certainly report them to the immigration department.

Thanks for your reply, my MA told me because they think because of my visa rejection history they think I am not going to Australia for work but for immigration. Do you think the MA screwed up my case because of their reason and they try to blame on me?

Many thank you for your concern, I was thinking the same thing, they should only look at my employer at the stage of nomination. But my MA told me because I submitted Visa and nomination together, so the CO is looking at my nomination and visa at the same time. Co refuse my nomination not visa is just to give me a chance to withdraw my visa application. Dose it sounds right to you?

Yes, that's really sucks. I have my everything there and get turned down only because of my student visa has been refused.

They haven't refuse my visa yet, my agent suggest me to withdraw my application before they refuse me and try again......

Thanks, my agent didn't get their work done well from the beginning. I don't really trust their excuse as well. Sadly it's Friday now and I need to wait in the bad moon till Monday to ask them for refusal letter.

Hi everyone, just heard a sad news from my agent, it says my nomination has been refused because of I had Student Visa refusal history, they doubt my immigration intention. I called the immigration this morning and they still asked for documents for my visa application, how this possible? I am so confused!
